1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the I Promise List application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

I Promise List is a personal promise and habit tracking application. It allows you to create, track, and manage your promises and habits, with optional account-based synchronization of your data across devices.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions

Some features of the App are available through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are purchased as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data, interfering with the operation of the App, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by I Promise List and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Promise List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
